They cannot process my application for 3+ years and now they are delaying my refund for 6 months despite taking my bank details – No one answers there and simply does not support.

I don’t trust ! They are unprofessional , just a waste of money and time. In the last you have an issue in your case so firstly read out 1 star reviews. stay away and safe.

They focus on collecting payments but fail to provide timely updates or proper service. You’re left chasing them for information. Their energy to take payments doesn’t match their commitment to handling applications. Worst experience ever!

Once they have your money, they assign you a totally unprofessional case officer, in my case, rude, arrogant, incompetent and unreliable. Always pretending to be in meetings.Zero feedback on the progress of the case.

Extremely bad experience with them. In the start they were very nice and energetic but later on they were not even answering my calls and emails. Moreover when contract is over they are now not handing over my credentials, everytime making new excuses don’t know the reason totally not recommending.
