More likely fraud since we have applied years back and paid in full and all required submitted and we have received nothing, no proper feedback and no return for the money as stated in the contract if they didn’t deliver. Worst service and waste of money.

Once they have your money, they assign you a totally unprofessional case officer, in my case, rude, arrogant, incompetent and unreliable. Always pretending to be in meetings.Zero feedback on the progress of the case.
