Once they have your money, they assign you a totally unprofessional case officer, in my case, rude, arrogant, incompetent and unreliable. Always pretending to be in meetings.Zero feedback on the progress of the case.

Extremely bad experience with them. In the start they were very nice and energetic but later on they were not even answering my calls and emails. Moreover when contract is over they are now not handing over my credentials, everytime making new excuses don’t know the reason totally not recommending.
