Once they have your money, they assign you a totally unprofessional case officer, in my case, rude, arrogant, incompetent and unreliable. Always pretending to be in meetings.Zero feedback on the progress of the case.

Stellar migration cannot process my application for 3+ years and now they are delaying my refund for 6 months despite taking my bank details – No one answers there and simply does not support.

Stellar migration take forever to reply and even they don’t give a proper professional advice and make you make a lot of double work on everything Escalations doesn’t even work and you have to keep following up many times just to get simple answers Empty promises when they are trying to get you to sign with them and after signing you don’t get any real value for the money you paid.

More likely fraud since we have applied years back and paid in full and all required submitted and we have received nothing, no proper feedback and no return for the money as stated in the contract if they didn’t deliver. Worst service and waste of money
