Resettle Worldwide Kuwait

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Mohamed Kalam, an Indian national currently working in Kuwait for the past 16 years as a Company Driver.

I am writing with deep concern regarding my application for Luxembourg employment, which I submitted through your Salmiya office (Resettle Worldwide Kuwait). As part of this process, I paid an amount of KWD 300 as service charges, with the assurance that my work permit would be processed and issued.

It has now been over six months, and I have not received any update regarding my application. Unfortunately, your Salmiya office has since closed, and repeated attempts to contact your staff by phone have gone unanswered. This lack of communication has caused me significant distress and hardship.

As a long-term expatriate worker, this amount represents my hard-earned savings. The prolonged uncertainty, combined with the absence of any response from your office, has caused me severe mental stress, which is now affecting my health.

In view of the above, I respectfully and humbly request a full refund of KWD 300, as the promised service has not been delivered and there has been no official update or resolution from your side.

I sincerely hope this matter can be resolved amicably and urgently. Kindly confirm the refund process and timeline at the earliest. Failing this, I may be compelled to seek assistance from the concerned authorities.
