We are releasing a new consolidated service for the establishments. This new service will allow you to request various services related to the establishment, including: Open New Establishment, Update Existing Establishment, Add/Modify Owners, Add/Modify PRO, Request E-Signature Card, Activate Cancelled Establishment.
Among the enhancements in this new service is the retrieval of particulars from integration with other government bodies in order to reduce data entry, ensure accuracy of information and speed up processing.
This service requires having the eSignature cards for all the authorized signatories. Also, it requires the service applicant to be related to the establishment, ie an owner, authorized signatory or PRO. Otherwise, the service cannot be applied for.
To avoid risking the rejection of your request and/or delays in processing, we urge you to ensure accuracy of entered data and attachments. The owners particulars must match what is listed on the trade licence. The authorized signatories particulars must match what is listed on the establishment card at the Identity and Citizenship Authority (ICA) or at the Directorate General of Residence and Foreign Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA)
